I am unwilling to derail another thread on a more important issue to handle this matter, but the following quote comes from here

Since numerous private words and public replies have failed to penetrate this woman's thick skull I will make myself clear. My personal relationships have nothing to do with Star Fraction policy and standings. The Star Fraction itself is an organization that teaches strength and self-reliance and solving one's own problems and not running crying to forums the moment somebody says something you do not like in a virtual bar.
Revan Neferis does not like the Matari race. I do not like craven-dog gutless Sarumites either. Yet both choices are political and have no impact on our private life.
That you Ms Risen have continually attempted to hold Star Fraction policy accountable for your private feud with Revan Neferis does you no credit whatsoever and I have to say I have now taken profound offense that you consider your petty hurt feelings in this matter to rank higher in priority than cooperation and good relations between anti-Amarr groups and the subject matter of a thread detailing the State Protectorate plot to ransom a withdrawl from Matari territories and turn on the 24th Crusade if its price was paid.
Let me be clear. I do not care that Revan Neferis has sent assassins after your body. I would not care if you sent them back without their heads, or you hired assassins of your own, or whatever you did as long as you respected the diplomatic arrangements between your current corporation and the Star Fraction. Revan Neferis is not Star Fraction. She is well capable of looking after herself and quite confident in handling her own feuds without running to me for help. You could learn something here.
This is not about the Matari race but about your own personal cowardice and mewling weakness and I have now taken offense at you derailing the course of an important discussion with your petty issues.
Therefore I challenge you to defend your honour (if you have such) with a Battleship of choice at a single combat in the bounds of Kamela System within the next seven days. No restrictions on fitting, we will both warp to a prearranged point in space at range 20 and fight until one of us is destroyed.
This will be an end of the matter.
This is a personal challenge from me to you Seraphim Risen. This is not to defend anyone else, or to involve anyone else. I make this challenge because you have offended me in your behaviour in the ransom thread and I believe you have lost your perspective on allies and current political manouvers in the warzone. This will not impact relations between Star Fraction and Moira - this will have no further outcome but the loss of one of the ships involved.
I produce the gauntlet and hurl it in your face.
Decide. Pick it up or walk away.

Then I have been misinformed. I was told last night that you owned a Bhaalgorn class battleship that you had lovingly equipped with rare faction equipment. If this is not so then so be it. I note from your publicly available combat records that a month ago you were flying battlecruiser class vessels with tech2 equipment quite happily so I will revise the terms of the challenge down to Battlecruiser and allow you to fly an even battle with ships you are comfortable in piloting.
All else is needless.

The duel was conducted in an honorable fashion, my vessel a Cyclone-class battlecruiser. At first, neither of us was making headway, but then she moved out of my range. Having chosen an invulnerability field module instead of an afterburner, I was unable to retake lost distance, and so lost the fight without doing further damage to my opponent. I yielded to spare the crew of my ship, having run out of ammunition, cap boosters, and burnt out every gun I had in a last ditch effort to emerge victorious. What Jade said to me today was right. The Minmatar don't need more dead over petty personal conflicts, they need people willing to stand up for them in combat.
That being said, I've moved my efforts to the other war front. I cannot stand to fight under the Republic Flag when its own officers will not fire on hostile ships. Doing so now feels treasonous to my heart.
I wish Jade the best in her career, I will be retreating from the Summit and other public places to think about myself, and where I need to be, both as a pilot and human being.
It was a good, fairly contested duel. I give respect for Seraphim Risen for having the courage of her convinctions and unlike most empty voices on this IGS (looking at "lord" Maximullis in the post above as example) and the willingness to defend her words in space.
Seraphim brought a Cyclone class Battlecruiser equipped with a strong active shield tank and attacked my Myrmidon-class vessel furiously with a wave of ecm-drones initially-breaking my electronics stability while her overheated autocannons stripped my shields and begin to carve into my vessels armour plate.
I manouvered away from the autocannon optimum range igniting microwarpdrive propulsion and recalling medium drones for a replacement wave of lights and targeted her ecm-submunitions the moment my electronics targeting re-established lock.
Using stasis webifier to control the range I directed my own weapons systems at clearing Seraphim's drone retinue from space before turning my firepower more decisively to her power active shielding. Dictating the range and winning the space superiority war in drones the advantage had decisively switched to my favour but Seraphim's crew struggled valiantly to maintain shield integrity for long minutes and I'd expected almost half my direct-fire ammunition before her shield regeneration failed and my own autocannon shells began to bite into her armour belt.
At this point I initiated ship-to-ship communications and asked if Seraphim was prepared to yield the fight to preserve the lives of the brave matari crewmen on board.
She agreed, for it was clear to us both that in a week that has seen billions of Matari taken up into the Amarrian slave barges in victories won by the cowardly methods of the Caldari and 24th crusade tagalongs there was no cause for men to die in a contest over unwise words spoken by those on the same side of the fighting.
So duel concluded the matter is closed. My respects again to Seraphim Risen for risking herself in combat and showing the difference between pathetic mewling Amarrian sympathizers who speak on IGS but never fight and Matari warriors who are prepared to stand up for their words and defend them in battle if challenged.
Quite an edifying contrast I think you will agree.

Dislike is hardly relevant. You are worthless. This thread demonstates the difference between you and Seraphim Risen quite handily on this score.
Beyond that, lets remember the only project you have ever attempted in your public existence was a miserable failure and you fell to attempting to cover up for a band of brigands rather than pursue the truth appropriately.
As I recall I had to take matters out of your hands and resolve the issue myself.
